Refund and Exchange Policy
We support refunds or exchanges. You can request a refund if the following conditions are met:

Within seven days of receiving the goods:
- You can return unopened and good condition goods for a refund.
- We support returns and refunds if the goods have quality issues.
- We support returns and refunds due to size problems caused by our reasons.
- We support refunds if the package has been confirmed lost.
Please make sure the item is intact and undamaged, so it will not affect the second sale. Otherwise, we will refuse to return the goods for a refund. -
Refund Processing:
- We will arrange re-delivery or refund within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.
- We refuse false express refunds. Please contact customer service to get the best express shipping.
- The freight for return or exchange will be borne by customer service; the original insurance and freight cannot be returned.
Non-Refundable Conditions
We will refuse to return the goods for a refund if the following issues occur:
- If the product is damaged, has a smell, is washed, etc. by the user, we may refuse to return or refund the product, as it will affect the second sale.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be charged to customer service, and express delivery will be refused.
- Please declare the contents of the package as a “gift” or use it. Customer service will bear the entry and exit taxes and fees due to incorrect declarations.
- Due to the special nature of the product, we do not support a full refund if the package is lost or sealed by customs. We can refund part of the payment. Please contact customer service for the exact amount.
- Self-return does not support refunds. If you need a refund or exchange, please contact customer service. If customer service confirms it is correct, you can return it to the express service.

If you need to return the goods, please contact Customer Service. We will then provide you with the nearest return address. Please do not use the address on the package.

Cancel Order
You can cancel the order before shipping and we will refund you the full amount.
